We measure your flat, draw it, and then do the work ourselves. No handover, nobody to chase, one number to call.
Most renovations go wrong at the handover. Somebody draws a beautiful plan, somebody else builds it, and when the socket ends up behind the wardrobe they each explain why it was the other one's job.
We do both. Rūta draws it, Tomas builds it, and they sit in the same room every Monday.

Three ways to start
Most people begin with the visit. It is two hours, it costs €180, and it comes off the price if you carry on.
- Full renovation, with the drawingsWe design it and then we build it. One team from the first measurement to the day you carry the furniture back in.
- Interior design projectDrawings, materials and a shopping list precise enough that any decent crew can build it - including one you already trust.
- Two hours at your placeWe come, we look, we tell you what we would do and roughly what it costs. If you carry on with us, it comes off the fee.
A recent one
Užupis, 58 m², eleven weeks
Three small rooms and a corridor you had to turn sideways in. We took out one wall, moved the bathroom door, and got two proper rooms and a hallway you can put a coat in.
The owners lived with their parents for the eleven weeks. We sent photographs every Friday so they knew what they were coming back to.
The process
How it goes
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in.

We come and measure
Two hours with a tape measure and honest answers. You get a rough range the same week.

Drawings and a real price
Layouts to choose from, then the full set. The price after this stage is usually within 10% of the final one.

We build it
Our crew on site, one person responsible, photographs every Friday whether you asked or not.

Handover, then the snag list
We walk it with you, write down everything that is not right, and come back until the list is empty.
