The cheapest useful thing we do
Most people call us with a question that does not need a project: is this wall load-bearing, is the kitchen in the wrong place, is it worth moving the bathroom, is this flat worth buying at all.
Two hours, on site, with a tape measure. You get straight answers, a rough range, and a written summary the next day. Bring the floor plan if you have one.
People book this before they buy
Roughly a third of these visits are to a flat somebody has not bought yet. That is a good use of €180.
They told me the first flat would cost twenty thousand to make liveable. I looked at another one the following week and bought that instead.
